Social Distance like a pro and solve your very own personal puzzle! Each participant gets to create their very own unique puzzle with any photo, graphic, or design of their choice. Fill out the form below and we will create your personalized puzzle and ship it to campus for pick-up within 10-14 business days.

Please do not submit the same order more than once.  Only one order per student will be accepted.  If more than one order is submitted, the first order will take precedence.
